Shanghai Sunrise is a volunteer-led, non-profit organization focused on creating access to education for underprivileged youth in Shanghai. Since 1996, the organization has awarded more than 12,680 scholarships and supported over 3,800 students, raising more than RMB 39 million. The program operates under the guidance of Shanghai Charity Foundation.
