Description

This exhibition brings a major Pablo Picasso exhibition to the Museum of Art Pudong in collaboration with the Musée national Picasso-Paris. The show presents more than 80 works spanning the artist’s entire career, including paintings, drawings, sculptures, ceramics, and prints, touching on key periods such as the Blue and Rose phases, Cubism, and later experiments. Rather than focusing on a single moment, the exhibition offers a broad overview of Picasso’s shifting styles, recurring subjects, and material choices. British designer Paul Smith contributes a contemporary exhibition design, shaping how the works are grouped and viewed, while leaving the focus firmly on Picasso’s long and varied artistic output.
