This is one of the drum and bass parties of the year right here. Siesta Loca is the annual birthday celebration for Siesta, China's Queen of Drum and Bass and the founder of Phreaktion Music (and Pie Society!). Phreaktion is a promoter/crew that's been at the heart of Shanghai/China's drum & bass scene the summer of 1999 (yeah man), and every July, friends, family and the wider bass music community come together for the anniversary, which always features an extended set by Siesta. Expect two hours of timeless classics and jungle pressure to rolling drum & bass and future-facing bass music from the Queen herself, along with bass-heavy sets from Aho, Diipset, Cannon Boy, and Yadong.
