The European Chamber marks International Women’s Day with Give to Gain: Supporting Women Through Change, Growth and Transition, a practical discussion on how to better support women in today’s shifting workplace. Taking place on March 5 from 2pm to 4pm at the European Chamber Shanghai Office, the afternoon looks at real-world ways organisations and individuals can foster psychological wellbeing, mentoring, peer networks, leadership visibility, and inclusive management. The program includes a keynote, an open conversation with speakers from the Netherlands Consulate-General, Wurth Group, INPOWER ONE, and the European Chamber, plus an interactive dialogue session encouraging participants to share experiences.
