Our serviced apt. opened since 2018, our operation team is the same as opening team, we are providing high standard service for our guests consistantly , most of our guests are staying with us for many years and already become part of our family member. Below is the comments from one of our guests:
""It is our pleasure to share a little of what it is like about living in the Xindi Community. We selectedtXindi as it was not in the hustle and bustle of Shanghai, but on the edge of Jing’An. We are only three stations (less than 15 minutes) from Jing’An Temple and all the shopping and restaurants you can ask for. Locally there are groceries and restaurants and a few bars. What we like about the Xindi complex are the facilities, the management team and the quiet. We are located off the road so there is little to no traffic noise. The facilities are clean, well maintained and more than adequate. The gym is well equipped and very clean.The combination of a great apartment, modern decor, and excellent management makes Xindi Residence hard to pass up.

The management team, led by Maxxx deserve special mention. Sure, it was initially the building that attracted us, however, it is Maxxx and the team that made our years here so pleasurable. In all our years living around the world, this would have to be the best offering of a true ‘concierge’ service we have experienced. Located on the 3rd Floor, the concierge satisfies most need, from translation and arranging couriers, through to booking engineers to conduct repairs, taking delivery of packages, and even advice on where to have speciality items repaired. Maxxx and her team coordinate the support from the building engineers and the cleaning staff who are also so very valuable to our overall life in Shanghai. In summary, why would we live anywhere else in Shanghai.""
