This is a penthouse in One Park Avenue, one of the nicest compounds in Shanghai. 



Ten-minute walk to major shopping areas on West Nanjing Road (Kerry Center etc..)
 Five-minute walk to the Wuding Road, where has a wide range of choices for bars and western food. Fast access to No.2 and No.7 metro line.



The swimming pool (50 meter), gym and other amenities in the club house are excellent. (Free access for tenants)



This apartment is TWO FLOORS, is a good value if you have lived anywhere nice, has washer and dryer, oven, double-door fridge, well- just about everything including a full time maid that comes three times a week, doing cleaning, laundry, irons, and other errands.

The apartment has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a massive living room, dining space and a study upstairs with a small lounge.

Total area in the house is about 250 square meters.



We also have access to a massive rooftop with an amazing view of the main areas of Shanghai. Perfect for chilling after a long day. 



We are looking for two flatmates. The price of one smaller bedroom is RMB6800/month, the other is the master bedroom with private bathroom, the price is RMB9000/month, longer rents and cool people take preference though.



Utilities and the maid salary will be split. Around 600RMB / month per person.



We are all working professionals and very easy-going persons.
