The apartment is furnished in modern style and fully equipped with all stuff you may need. Nature-based feature provides quiet and peaceful living environment like a mini garden in the apartment. You may get a lot of inspiration:)
Living room: cozy sofa/TV/coffee table/lots of green plants
Bedroom: desk/drawers/wardrobes, storage cabinet.
Kitchen: refrigerator/ microwave oven.

RENT
RMB 4500/mth plus 1 mth deposit. Internet/TV Included. Short-term or long term is ok.

Just me haha, I am a Chinese and graduated with an MBA from the UK university. I work in financial industry and I'm an easygoing person enjoying a simple life. In my spare time, I like reading, doing yoga, jogging, hiking, travelling and diving. Welcome to join me.

Located at Pudian road, Pudong area, adjacent to Pudong south road, close to line 4/6 Pudian Rd station. Just one stop to transfer to line 9/2. So it's easy to get to the airport and the train station. Also the bus stop is just downstairs. It's very near Lujiazui Financial Center, Babaiban and NY University, Century Park and Shanghai Science and Technology Museum.
Easy access to all places like bars, groceries, gyms, lots of restaurant around by.

If you love walking or jogging, there are a couple of walking trial alongside the Huangpu River near my place and it is well-maintained. Surely, you will enjoy wonderful river view. And, there also have a modern art exhibition building over there, which hold amazing exhibitions sometimes. Besides, the community is quiet and safe to live around.
