This is a penthouse in One Park Avenue, one of the nicest compounds in Shanghai. 



The apartment has TWO FLOORS, is a good value if you have lived anywhere nice, has washer and dryer, oven, double-door fridge, well- just about everything including a full time maid that comes three times a week, doing cleaning, laundry, irons, and other errands.



The apartment has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a spacious living room, dining space and a study upstairs with a small lounge.

Total area in the house is about 250 square meters

Two bedrooms will be available soon. The master bedroom with private bathroom will be available by END of NOVEMBER, the price is RMB9000 per month, another smaller bedroom will also available by END OF DECEMBER and price for the room is RMB7000 per month, longer rents and cool people take preference.



We also have access to a massive rooftop looking all the way to the central areas of Shanghai. Perfect for chilling after a long day. 



Utilities and the maid salary will be split. Around 600RMB / month per person.
