Hi,

We are looking for someone tidy and responsible to take over our 3rd bedroom in Dec, can be long term or short term. You will be sharing the whole apartment with a Chinese girl and a Chinese guy.

We are super easy going, fun yet respect each other’s space. Living room is huge, it’s for us to hangout, workout or when you have friends over, we keep others informed ahead of time.

Location: Super convenient, heart of central Shanghai - People Square, 1 minute walk to line 1, 2 & 8 people square station, 3 mins walk to pedestrian East Nanjing Road, walking distance to the Bund. Plenty of restaurants around.

Apartment: 3 bedrooms, huge living room with a 65 inches TV, big balcony, equipped kitchen. Heat system works well in the winter.

Room (shared bathroom with the Chinese guy who is super neat)
- a double sized bed, a desk and two wardrobes.
- one month deposit and rent is paid for every two months
- we share all utilities and cleaning fees
