Moving out for 3 months of the bedroom in a shared apartment, I am subletting the master bedroom from january to april 2025. The monthly rent is normally 5500rmb and i sublet it for only 4500rmb.

The apartment is normally shared with one adorable Chinese people and is located at the 13th floor.

The bedroom available has a wardrobe and a huge/comfortable bed.

The vibe in the apartment is laid back, with a good mix of being social and doing your own thing.

We are clean and friendly and it's definitely a rad spot....

The apartment itself is super clean and modern. Home cinema, hifi sound system, internet, all stuffs needed for cooking (kitchenaid, blender, dyson…).

Super close to gym club and 1000Trees (aldi, restaurants…), Shanghai rail station, and direct to the bars and heaps more.

Price: RMB 4,500/ month

  • This is possibly Shanghai's largest residential compound, with an estimated 40,000 residents and a large number of laowai who call it home. It's got a large swimming pool that's popular with expats in the summer, and has a lot of green and park space which make it very pet friendly. It's right on the edge of North Jing'an with a metro stop and close to elevated highways which make districts like Xujiahui accessible in 15 minutes. Jing'an People's Square, Xintiandi, all not too far.
