It is an amazing SPACIOUS shared apartment in Jing’an, the city center! Walking distance /1.5km from Nanjing RD, just 5 min walking distance to Line 13 Wuning Rd Sta. It is a pity that my flatmate have to leave on 19th May. You will enjoy this SPACIOUS room with a large and bright window and its nice view of the city. It is a cozy compact room (3m*4m) in this 160m² apartment, 3400+fees/m.

The whole apartment has a SPACIOUS living room for everyone! It is located in a popular compound “Sunny City” with quiet gardens and 24 hours security. The apartment includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies (south and north), 1 living room (40m²), 1 open dinning room. The apartment has beautiful views from its 17 floor. All of the walls are original cement walls with good soundproofing. Every 2 people share one bathroom. The room is fitted with a double bed, wardrobe, bookcase and desk. The apartment uses double layer glass windows and sliding doors that are good for energy saving.
