As the CRM & Commercial Operations you’ll be working with the commercial team to help us maintain good relationships with the companies we work with. You’ll be using our proprietary CRM and support ticket systems. This is an administrative position that requires a high attention to detail and working with large amounts of data in multiple communication channels. It also as requires good communication skills in English and Chinese as part of your duties will include helping with contract operations for some of our key accounts. The ideal candidate has a couple of years work experience in CRM, Customer Service or Sales and is comfortable with handling administrative tasks on a daily basis.
