As the CRM & Commercial Operations you’ll be working with the commercial team to help us maintain good relationships with the companies we work with. You’ll be using our proprietary CRM and support ticket systems. This is an administrative position that requires a high attention to detail and working with large amounts of data in multiple communication channels. It also as requires good communication skills in English and Chinese as part of your duties will include helping with contract operations for some of our key accounts. The ideal candidate has a couple of years work experience in CRM, Customer Service or Sales and is comfortable with handling administrative tasks on a daily basis.   • Process and follow up on venue submissions
  • Key Account & Directory operations
  • Maintain our CRM system
  • Provide user support
  • Monitor transactional conversations for spam and illegal content
  • Run and monitor automated marketing campaigns
  • Occasional market research
  • Monthly reporting

  • Chinese passport holder
  • Work experience in CRM, Sales, Account Management or Customer Support
  • Previous work experience with CRM systems not necessary but a plus
  • Experience with Digital Project/Media planning
  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Attention to detail and experience working in a data-driven environment
  • Very well organized
  • Available to start by September 1
