As the CRM & Commercial Operations you’ll be working with the commercial team to help us maintain good relationships with the thousands of companies we work with. You’ll be using our proprietary CRM and support ticket systems. This is an administrative position that requires a high attention to detail on working with large amount of data in multiple communication channels. It also as requires good communication skills in English and Chinese as part of your duties will include helping with contract operations for some of our key accounts. The ideal candidate has a couple of years work experience in CRM, Customer Service or Sales and is comfortable with handling operational tasks on a daily basis.
