Job Description

• Responsible for materials management, procurement of office supplies and equipment maintenance; provide other company employees the necessary office facilities and other logistical support;
• Responsible for office daily administration;
• Responsible for the company's daily cash payments, storage, classification of bills and invoices; cash transfer and current account management; daily and monthly account report;
• Responsible for Brotherskebab’s consumables procurement and warehouse management;
• Responsible for Brotherskebab’s the supplier (part of) management and raw material procurement;
• Responsible for shops food production with producing factory.
• Responsible for HR activities, including employees’ on boarding, departure, payroll and other HR related processes;
• Responsible for business translation and document management;
• Other assignments from company director.

Requirements

• 35-45 years old, Bachelor Degree;
• Fluent Chinese (native); Fluent English (both written and spoken);
• Relevant working experiences as office manager and cashier, good knowledge of MS-office ect;
• Hard working, devoted, trustworthy;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work in cross-cultural environment.
