Job Description

This is a part-time position (4 days per week). You will join as a crucial member of the JWDK team, helping to support the day-to-day operational logistics and expenses for the studio. You will be responsible for daily office administrative affairs, logistics control, essential cash control, payments, and expenses. You will report to the Financial Controller and CEO. Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Financial payment and collection process and take bank statement to bank and process tax matter to tax department
  • Issue tax invoices and input tax invoice certification management
  • Monthly bank record keeping for JWDK Hong Kong
  • Petty cash control, monthly financial and HR admin
  • JWDK vehicle arrangement, servicing, and deployment
  • Booking employee travel tickets, accommodation and taxis
  • Staff events logistics and booking (retreats, birthdays, etc.)
  • Assisting foreign employees to handle work permit and HK visa
  • Assisting the CEO in work and some personal matters

  • At least 2-3 years of continuous administrative and financial experience in foreign companies
  • Strong at multi-tasking, time management and super-accurate
  • Sound accounting knowledge with some HR admin experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and other office software and financial software on PC
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude with good literacy and social skills
  • Native Mandarin speaker with medium-to-high level English (CET-6 preferred)
  • Immediate ability to work in China (Visa or ID card holders only)
