Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant to Senior Managers (aka “The Right Hand of Awesome”)

Location: Flexible (Global Travel Required)

Reports To: Senior Managers, Global Social Media & Business Development

Overview:
Are you the kind of person who loves taking charge, thinking on your feet, and making things happen? Do you dream of a role where no two days are the same and where you can make a real impact? If so, we want YOU to be the Executive Assistant to two senior managers at a global corporation focused on social media, business development, and, frankly, doing cool stuff. We're looking for a smart, self-starting, fun, and fearless individual who can keep up with the pace of our fast-moving business while helping our managers stay on top of their game.

This is your chance to work with a talented and international team, travel the globe, and help us build awesome connections with top clients and partners. If you're someone who loves a challenge, is always thinking ahead, and knows how to get things done without being told exactly what to do, this is the job for you.

Benefits

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and perks because we don’t want you to starve (we want you to thrive).
  • Global travel opportunities (hello, jet lag!).
  • A fun and supportive work environment with a team that’s passionate about what we do.
  • Compensation Package: Based on experience – but don’t worry, we won’t leave you hungry. We want you to succeed and grow with us.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Superhero Support:
    • Keep your managers organized and ahead of the game. You’ll be their right hand (maybe even their left), handling calendars, meetings, and all the little details that make the magic happen.
    • Don’t wait for them to ask you – anticipate what they need and be ready to deliver before they even realize they need it.
  • Travel Wizardry:

    • You’ll handle everything travel-related – from booking flights to securing last-minute hotel rooms in far-flung places.
    • You’ll be the travel guru, ensuring the itinerary is perfect, seamless, and stress-free.
  • Communication Extraordinaire:

    • Draft emails, presentations, and reports that make the team look sharp.
    • Be the voice (and face) of the senior managers in communications with clients, stakeholders, and others in the network.
  • Project Juggler:

    • Help manage multiple projects simultaneously, making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll coordinate tasks, follow up on deadlines, and make sure everything is running smoothly.
    • Think of yourself as the master organizer in a circus, but with a much cooler job title.
  • Market Research Guru:

    • You’ll dig up insights on the latest trends and business opportunities, keeping your managers in the know.
    • From social media trends to business development opportunities, you’ll help guide the strategy and execution of key initiatives.
  • Team & Office Coordination:

    • Keep things running like clockwork. Office supplies, systems, and communication all need to be on point – and you’ll be the one keeping it all together.
    • You’ll manage the flow of information and act as the glue between various departments and teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Language Skills:

    • English: If you can write an email that makes your managers look like they have everything under control, we want you.
    • Mandarin: You’ll need to speak and write in Mandarin because we do business across China. You’ll be helping us bridge that gap like a boss.
  • Experience:

    • 3-5 years of experience working in executive support, project management, or in a business-focused environment (bonus points if you’ve worked with senior managers before).
    • Familiarity with social media, business development, and global corporate environments is a definite plus.
  • Personal Qualities:

    • Proactive: You’ll always be thinking 3 steps ahead, and you don’t wait for instructions – you figure things out before it’s even an issue.
    • Super Organized: You’re a master at multitasking and managing complex schedules. No task is too big or too small.
    • Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and you’re able to jump between tasks with ease.
    • Positive Vibes Only: You have a “can-do” attitude and are always ready to take on challenges with a smile.
    • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with technology and social media tools (Excel, PowerPoint, WeChat, and more).
