Description
The Administration Supervisor will be fully responsible for the daily administrative operations of the Shanghai office, ensuring a safe, well-organized, and smoothly functioning work environment. This role will lead office relocation, renovation, and improvement projects, coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
The position also oversees and optimizes vendor services such as cleaning and security to maintain a positive workplace experience. In addition, the role provides travel and logistics support for management and team members, including flight bookings, hotel arrangements, and meeting coordination. The Administration Supervisor will organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, support daily and urgent administrative matters, and communicate effectively with property management and other external stakeholders to ensure office operations run without disruption.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in administrative roles; experience with office relocation or renovation projects is a strong plus
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
- Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Strong team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support business needs
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
