To support our rapid growth, we're looking for an experienced e-commerce Facebook ad manager with general e-commerce experience to support our clients from all over the world. We advertise primarily for crowdfunding projects, and we are looking for someone to run fantastic ads and support our overall digital marketing efforts.

You'll be primarily tasked with running and optimizing Facebook ads, the occasional Google ad, and making sure it all ties in with the overall objectives of our clients. Email marketing is also an important part of our projects, so we ask that you also use your data-driven mindset to look at conversion from ads to email click rate to conversion.

Our company is laser-focused on crowdfunding, which is different from regular e-commerce ads in many ways, so if you have experience with running Kickstarter or Indiegogo ads that's a huge plus, but if you don't, we'll teach you everything we know.

REQUIREMENTS

Rather than listing endless requirements, we just ask that you are a rockstar at digital ads, are a fast learner, and excited to sink your teeth into high-profile projects that require your sharpest thinking.

- Full-time role in our Putuo office
- Base salary + performance bonus + social security
