Description
- Develop design concepts as part of a team, using drawings, models, materials, and mood boards
- Produce complete sets of construction drawings
- Handle on-site construction issues and provide design solutions during execution
- Organize and prepare pre-construction work for projects
- Oversee and manage construction sites to ensure design intent is properly executed
- Supervise site work, conduct inspections, and maintain high attention to detail and design quality
- Work independently or collaboratively to deliver high-quality design outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in architecture or interior design
- Degree or diploma in architecture, interior design, or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp (3D modeling), Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and Enscape
- Strong responsibility, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate projects
- Strong logic, judgment, and ability to drive projects forward
- Passion for design
