THE POSITION

We need an energetic, exceptionally well-organised person to work directly with one of our Area Managers or Senior Wealth Advisers in Shanghai, to double their revenue in 2023 and beyond. In exchange for your skills, drive, and commitment, you’ll be mentored and stretched, plus if you’re consistently successful in your role, you’ll have the option to be supported and trained to move into consulting yourself, expanding your career in financial services.

This is a fantastic role for someone with energy and street smarts, it’s as diverse and challenging as it is rewarding. You’ll be working closely with your consultant every day, growing the number of clients your team looks after, winning new ones and sharing in their success.

• You love winning new clients and looking after them well.
• You’re loyal, energetic, and quick thinking and can demonstrate integrity.
• You have at least 1 years of solid work experience.

VISA CRITERIA:

• Master’s Degree from a Chinese University plus overall transcript score of above 80 points or B+

OR

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years work experience in relevant field
