Job Description

  • Take charge of HR functions and formulate HR strategies, policies, and practices. 
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts for all offices, including branch locations, aligning with the company's business strategy and development needs. 
  • Oversee the management of documentation, including local social insurance, expat work permits, compensation and benefits, and payroll, either directly or through collaboration with vendors.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the KPI framework to ensure staff productivity and efficiency.
  • Supervise and administer training systems and programs to facilitate staff development.
  • Manage overall office administration responsibilities.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor.


  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • HR experience, especially in an international company, is highly preferred.
  • Target-driven, diligent, passionate; Quick learner.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Can work independently with strong motivation, research skills, and problem-solving ability.
