• Project manage initiatives with strategic brand partners and ability to build long term relationships
• Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
• Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
• Work cross-functionally with the Product and Engineering team to drive website a/b tests from hypothesis to execution by managing them through copywriting, and design
• Optimize paid media campaigns
• Dive into the numbers and come up with new hypotheses to test in real life
• Be a champion for our customers and ensure everything we do is tied back to delivering the best customer experience

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of working experience in digital marketing with a focus on website conversion rate optimization, app marketing experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally
• Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
• Proven ability to interpret and analyze data for insights and reporting, and make recommendations to positively impact the business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A firm grasp on various marketing platforms and channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
• Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
• Must have a high level of creativity
• Occasional travel may be required
• Business proficient in English; business proficient in Mandarin is an advantage
