Description
- Oversee daily operations of the space, including basic coffee and drink preparation (bar/café experience required)
- Manage vinyl records and DJ/audio equipment
- Coordinate and execute events, including on-site production and logistics
- Work closely with musicians, partners, and visiting collaborators
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and unexpected tasks not listed in formal schedules
Requirements
- Experience in F&B, bar, café, retail, or similar hospitality environments
- Strong understanding or personal interest in independent music and creative culture
- Responsible, with strong judgment and ability to solve problems independently
- Good aesthetic sense and interest in hip-hop, electronic, indie, or underground music scenes
- Self-driven and proactive (able to work without constant instructions)
