• The role will involve working with students aged 5-13
• Teaching American common core course
• Public speaking training
• Teachers may also be required to take part in some performances and events
• Assist with coaching in the library
• Cooperate with Chinese staff to provide student academic assessments
• Additional tasks will include assisting in development of curriculum, lesson plans, (focus more on customization)
• Possible participating in online reading
• Work hour: 5days per week
• Ensure effective teaching of whole classes, groups and individuals so that teaching objectives are met, momentum and challenge are maintained, and best use is made of teaching time
• Use teaching methods especially aligned with inquiry-based learning that keep students engaged, including stimulating students’ intellectual curiosity, effective questioning and response, clear presentation and good use of resources
• Maximum 20teaching hours per week; 5 working days per week.
• A minimum contract period of 12 months with a two-month probationary period.

REQUIREMENTS

• Native English speaker
• Strong English teaching related professional knowledge (ESL based)
• Dedicated and passionate about educating children
• In possession of teaching-related qualifications (e.g. TEFL/ TESOL, CELTA Certificate or PGCE/ PGDE in English)
• Teaching experience required
• Documents required for visa application

Benefits:

• Salary 20k～23k RMB (pre-tax) per month depending on experience.
• 8000 RMB flight reimbursement after the completion of the contract
• Bonus of up to 15k will be rewarded according to the performance after the completion of the contract, 5k will be rew
