Job Description

  • Reviewing lesson overviews.
  • Crafting lesson plans. If you rely on pre-made plans, a concise description of your teaching goals will do.
  • Gathering necessary materials ahead of time for the lesson.
  • Instructing students and adapting teaching methods as needed based on the class dynamics.
  • Listening to feedback from stakeholders to enhance the quality of teaching and learning.
  • Inspiring students and fostering their self-assurance in applying their acquired knowledge.
  • Consistently offering feedback to students or their parents regarding in-class performance.
  • Assessing homework and offering guidance on improvement.
  • Compiling monthly progress reports for students.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required (with a preference for a degree in an Education-related field).
