Job Description

• Teach phonics, reading, and writing for 3~12-year-olds. Teachers are expected to design the teaching plan and develop the course based on the learning standards and the needs of the learners.
• Other student development programs if necessary. Other responsibilities might include student advisor, field trip facilitator, club activities leader and etc.
• Effective feedback with multi-stakeholders. Teachers are supposed to monitor the learning process so that learners get effective feedback, and make sure other stakeholders are informed and involved to support the growth of the learners.
• Provide student performance assessment reports every semester with solid evidence, progress analysis, and improvement advice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above (pre-school education, English, or ESL major is preferred).
• ESL teaching certificate (TEFL, TESL, or TOEFL) above 120 hours is preferred.
• At least 2 years' teaching experience in school.
• Due to China's visa regulations, the applicant MUST be a native English speaker.
• Excellent oral and written English skills.
• Non-criminal background check.
• Strong love for education and children.
• A good level of endurance and lively personality, and be passionate, invested, and engaging.
