Concordia International School Shanghai is currently seeking an Activities & Sport Officer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of student activities and trips. This role involves handling administrative tasks for the Activities and Athletics Department and working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure events and programs run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for student activities and sports programs
• Coordinate logistics for school trips, athletic events, and extracurricular activities
• Liaise with vendors, coaches, and community partners
• Ensure clear communication and smooth execution of activities
• Assist with budget tracking and documentation
