Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Freelance Native English-Speaking Speech & Drama Teacher to join our company. This unique role combines early childhood education with stage presence and bilingual communication to nurture confidence, language skills, and creativity in young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead bilingual (English-Chinese) presentation-style lessons for children aged [4-12]
  • Teach English through interactive activities, storytelling, drama, and creative expression
  • Support the development of the program’s curriculum and materials
  • Engage young learners with high energy, clear articulation, and a professional stage presence
  • Collaborate with local teaching staff and participate in internal training and events
  • Work on Weekends

Requirements

  • Native English speaker with a clear, standard accent
  • At least 5 years of teaching experience in early childhood English education (including ESL, drama, or storytelling)
  • Strong understanding of English curriculum systems and teaching materials
  • Professional appearance and strong on-stage charisma (age under 35 preferred)
  • Female candidates preferred
  • Must have legal working status in China (valid work visa and permit)
  • Fluent or proficient in Mandarin is a strong plus
