Job Description

You will be responsible and accountable for:

• Leverage market insights to develop and execute marketing plans
• Gather metrics for marketing campaign reporting
• Set-up, plan, optimize marketing campaigns
• Delivering clear, concise weekly reporting of marketing campaign metrics
• Analyze results of marketing efforts and adjust the plan as required

In one months, you will…

• Have identified the different marketing channels we will target
• Have familiar the whole team, set up the coordination structure within
• Be familiar with all company software tools and systems
• Have prepared the overall yearly marketing calendar
• Have started the marketing initiatives

In three months, you will…

• Have discovered new tools and channels because of your curious mind
• Setup a marketing budget that needs to be approved
• Review system

In six months, you will…

• Have adjusted the marketing calendar according to what activities that gives better return
• Have seen the marketing work helps to give better metrics
• Be self-efficient and self-starter when testing and implementing new marketing initiatives

Requirements

The position is a coordinator position that doesn’t include SoMe. However, if any SoMe experience, it's a plus.

Graphic ability in using PS, Illustrator etc a plus. Furthermore, if can take photos/small videos a big plus.

• 28-45 years
• Fluent English, Preferably Mandarin speaker (China, HK, TW)
• Existing experience with marketing
• Curiosity and willingness to learn a must
• A self-starter
• Ambition and drive
