Job Description

The SEO Specialist is responsible for optimizing the company’s online presence, ensuring strong visibility on search engines such as Google and Bing. The role involves managing website performance, improving search rankings, and driving organic traffic to enhance lead generation. The target audience consists of small and medium-sized business owners as well as managers of medium to large companies seeking employment outsourcing and payroll services globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the construction, operation, and continuous optimization of the company’s official website.
  • Oversee content writing and updates on the website to enhance search engine visibility and user engagement.
  • Improve website loading speed and performance using tools such as SiteGround, Cloudflare, and WordPress.
  • Optimize AI-driven chatbot interactions to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies for search engines like Google, Bing, and GPT-based search tools, including:
    • Creating, maintaining, and expanding a tiered keyword library with a focus on business-relevant keywords.
    • Increasing the number of high-relevance keywords that rank on the first page of search results across different regions and times.
    • Enhancing click-through rates (CTR) for company web pages in search results.
    • Increasing average visit duration and pages viewed per session on the website, especially service-related pages.
    • Boosting the number of quality inquiries received through the website.
  • Utilize Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Bing Search to analyze and improve search performance.
  • Manage search engine advertising campaigns for better visibility and conversion rates.
  • Maintain and optimize the company’s LinkedIn presence, coordinating activities with colleagues for better outreach.
  • Continuously integrate new AI technologies into SEO and marketing efforts.
  • Select and manage online marketing suppliers, such as web hosting and data analysis tool providers.
  • Work with the IT team to develop and implement tools necessary for SEO and digital marketing management.
  • Efficiently manage the marketing budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective execution.
  • Organize and maintain all marketing-related documents and transactions securely on company servers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, particularly in B2B business.
  • Strong in WordPress, with proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Bing Search, SiteGround, and Cloudflare.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and logical approach.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies, particularly AI, and willingness to experiment with AI tools to enhance SEO strategies.
