Job Description

Responsible for marketing employment outsourcing service and payroll service, primarily targeting global customers through online marketing.
The target audience consists of small and medium-sized business owners as well as managers of medium to large companies.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Manage the construction and operation of the company's official website, collaborating with the UI/UX team as needed and adhering to mutually agreed design standards.
  • Coordinate the writing and updating of content on the company's official website.
  • Continuously improve the websites' loading speed with the assistance of the IT team.
  • Coordinate the optimization of AI-driven chatbot interactions on the website.
  • Responsible for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for platforms like Google, Bing, and GPT, which includes:
    • Creating, maintaining, and expanding a tiered keyword library based on relevance, especially focusing on keywords most relevant to the business.
    • Consistently increase the number of high-relevance keywords that yield good search results weekly. Good search results are defined as instances where the company's web pages appear on the first page of search results across different regions and times.
    • Increase the click-through rates for the company’s web pages that appear in the aforementioned search results.
    • Increase the average duration of visits and the average number of pages viewed on the company website, especially the pages detailing the company's services.
    • Increase the number of quality inquiries left by visitors on the company's website each week.
  • Optimize search engines (Google, Bing, GPT) including:
    • Establish, maintain, and expand a hierarchical keyword database by relevance, focusing particularly on the most business-related keywords.
    • Continuously increase the number of positive search results for the most relevant keywords each week. Positive search results refer to the company's website pages appearing on the first page of search results when the keywords are searched in different regions and at different times.
    • Continuously increase the click-through rate of the company’s website pages appearing in the aforementioned search results.
    • Continuously increase the average time visitors spend on the company websites and the average number of pages they browse, especially the pages introducing company services.
    • Continuously increase the number of quality inquiries left by visitors on the company websites each week.
  • Manage search engine Ads.
  • Maintain and operate the company’s official LinkedIn accounts, and coordinate and guide colleagues' activities on LinkedIn.
  • Continuously integrate new technologies, such as AI into marketing work.
  • Select and manage online marketing suppliers, such as web hosting providers and data analysis tool providers.
  • Collaborate with the IT team from the demand side to develop and use tools necessary for market management.
  • Effectively manage the marketing department's budget and expenses, improving the efficiency of fund utilization.
  • Efficiently manage the documents and transactions of the marketing department, ensuring that documents are stored in an organized manner within the company's servers.

  • Over 3 years of online marketing experience in B2B business.
  • Familiar with SEO.
  • Familiar with WordPress and its various plugins.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Ability to propose, think, and solve problems in a structured and logical manner.

  • Curious about new technologies and constantly experimenting with AI tools.
