Scale Roads is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Sourcing & Supply Chain Coordinator to support our international sourcing operations. In this role, you will assist with supplier coordination, procurement, and logistics to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of goods. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of relevant experience who is eager to grow within a dynamic and international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of sourcing and procurement plans
• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and maintaining supplier relationships
• Prepare and review purchase orders and related documentation
• Coordinate production timelines and delivery schedules with suppliers and logistics partners
• Perform basic supplier assessments and support quality control efforts
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment with product and delivery requirements
• Maintain organized records of sourcing activities, costs, and timelines
• Contribute to process improvements within the supply chain workflow

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain coordination
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Good understanding of procurement processes and supply chain basicsStrong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English and native proficiency in Mandarin is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits and audits
