Job Description

We manage two fashion accessories brands, our products could be found at 60+ locations worldwide (offline) as well as online.

Main responsiblies are within the realm of imagery production, creative/execution/facilitation.

(photos / videos / graphics / layouts / related visuals online offline)

• In-house photographer/videographer (lifestyle, still lifes, demo videos, side projects...)
• Research, plan and produce shoots (photo/video) according to seasonal needs
• Design layouts/ graphics for platforms Tianmao, official websites(online shops), enewsletter.
• Conceptualise + pre-production/post-production
• Creative concepts + organization of shootings, research for accessories, places, talents. Negotiations and bookings of services/benefits.
• Work with stylists / brief on styling, shopping and collaborations.
• Operational assistance on shootings: establish schedules, roadmaps, respect for timing, reference point between teams, catering organization, handling, administrative management.
• Post-shoot: management of styling returns, stock shooting management, budget management, billing and accounting follow-up.
• Markups for retoucher
• Communication with London/Paris based colleagues

Requirements

• You have at least one year of experience in a similar position or a (internship included).
• You are a graduate of fashion school, photography, or contemporary art
• You are sensitive to the image, photography and the world of fashion, with a creative and aesthetic sense.
• You have an excellent command of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After effects)
• You are passionate, rigorous, proactive and organised.
• Preferably you are fluent in Chinese and English
• Ambitious and eager to be part of a fast-growing business!

Contract: Full-time/negotiable
