Business Development Representative

The day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Attending networking occasions (conferences, meetings, and industry events) and pro-actively building meaningful business connections
  • Effective follow-up with potential clients and arranging meetings
  • Researching organizations and individuals to identify new sales opportunities
  • Planning and preparation of presentations
  • Communicating with and supporting the internal project team


  • The ideal candidate must be a native English speaker
  • Proficiency in Chinese is preferred
  • A natural communicator. Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
  • Self-starter, results-driven, and commitment to meet targets
  • Familiarity with China and Chinese business practices/culture and/or previous working experience in China preferred
