Sales & Marketing Leader

Job Description

  • Recruiting and training new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff, and monitoring the team's sales performance.
  • Provides day-to-day leadership and coaching to the sales & marketing team
  • Develops and manages trading partner relationships
  • Develops channel strategies: identifies and negotiates distribution agreements with new customers
  • Accountable for Sales KPI set up, monitoring, and result in evaluation.
  • Provides guidance and support to team members when they face issues. Cooperates with the operations team to provide good service to clients and improve our reputation.
  • Builds holistic sales and marketing plans. Supports the team in efficient and effective execution of plans.
  • Complete the new customer and new project development tasks in the responsible area, including sales activity,planning, project and product communication, business negotiation, project designation, etc.
  • Provides regular reporting across all aspects of the business to the top management.
  • Leads long/mid/short-term strategic planning for the export market.
  • Works with the top management team on strategies and plans
  • Based on the company's product platform, collect market, industry, and competitor information, and jointly participate in the formulation of market strategies

Requirements

To be a successful export sales representative, you should have at least some of the following skills:

  • Significant and proven experience in sales, a familiarity with the current sales techniques, and experience with closing deals and closing calls
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, motivation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand the client's needs and interact with the vendors and the senior management personnel.
  • Excellent monitoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Self-starter, outgoing personality with exceptional selling and negotiating skills to achieve the sales targets ultimately.
  • Ability to research and analyze the trends in the market and take appropriate decisions or suggest recommendations.
  • Proficient in the language, where the products are being marketed.
  • Strong presentation skills, positive attitude, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Should be result oriented with good business acumen, computer literate with excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Digitally-savvy
