Position Overview: The Sales and Marketing professional will lead and manage our sales and marketing teams, develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and enhance our global brand presence. This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, and team leadership. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and market share.
  • Lead and manage sales and marketing teams across different regions to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including industry brands and retailers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for our consumer goods.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely and effective product delivery.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions to enhance brand awareness.
  • Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to senior management.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
