Job Description

• Actively identify and develop new business opportunities for international private medical insurance (IPMI) products.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and corporate partners.
• Understand and effectively communicate the benefits and coverage of IPMI policies to potential clients.
• Provide tailored insurance solutions to meet the specific healthcare needs of international clients.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company goals.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, regulations, and competitors in the global health insurance market.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote the company’s IPMI services.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
