  • Conduct research and analysis on the live entertainment market, artist popularity, audience demographics, and competitor activities to produce regular reports and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in the promotion of live performance projects throughout their lifecycle—from project kickoff and ticketing launches to final promotional pushes—by preparing content, creative assets, and campaign materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers/KOLs, venues, and ticketing platforms to drive promotional partnerships and maximize exposure and ticket sales.
  • Support the drafting, filing, and summarizing of various internal and external marketing reports, ensuring smooth execution and post-project review of campaigns.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of China's digital media landscape and platform operations; familiarity with content trends and marketing strategies on WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, etc.
  • Deep interest in music, live events, and pop culture with a sharp awareness of industry trends and global music market dynamics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to create and communicate in a bilingual work environment.
  • Basic skills in design software (e.g. Photoshop, Canva) and content creation are a plus.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends for event-related responsibilities.
  • High standard of confidentiality and ethical awareness when handling sensitive information.
