Description

The core responsibility of this position is to develop the global automotive sales business, achieve sales targets through active customer development and efficient communication, and maintain long-term stable cooperative relations with customers. Specific tasks and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Social Media Customer Development: Take the initiative to operate and develop potential customers through mainstream international social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Formulate targeted social media operation plans, release high-quality content related to automotive products (e.g., product parameters, advantages, application scenarios, case studies), attract user attention, actively interact with potential customers, and complete the initial customer resource accumulation and screening.
  • Customer Communication & Consultation: Establish effective communication with customers through various channels (social media messages, emails, calls, etc.), accurately understand customer needs (such as vehicle models, configurations, quantities, delivery requirements, etc.), and provide professional and detailed product explanations and solutions. Maintain smooth communication throughout the cooperation process to timely respond to and solve customer questions and concerns.
  • Sales Process Promotion: Follow up with potential customers, promote the progress of sales negotiations, complete the signing of sales contracts, and ensure the smooth recovery of payments in accordance with the contract terms. Cooperate with relevant departments (logistics, after-sales, etc.) to coordinate the whole process of vehicle delivery, customs clearance, and other related work to ensure customer satisfaction with the purchasing experience.
  • Customer Relationship Maintenance: Establish and update customer files, conduct regular follow-up visits to existing customers, understand their subsequent purchasing needs, and develop long-term cooperative relations. Collect customer feedback on products and services, sort out, and report to the company to provide a basis for product optimization and service improvement. 
  • Sales Target Achievement: Formulate personal sales plans according to the company's overall sales objectives, and complete the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales tasks as required. Continuously summarize sales experience, optimize customer development and communication strategies, and improve sales performance.

Requirements

  • Language Ability: Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to independently complete international customer communication, document sorting, and negotiation work; proficiency in other foreign languages (such as Spanish, Arabic, Russian, etc.) is preferred.
  • Educational Background: College degree or above, major in International Trade, Business English, Automotive-related fields is preferred, and outstanding fresh graduates are also acceptable.
  • Work Experience: 1-2 years of relevant sales experience in the automotive industry, foreign trade sales, or cross-border e-commerce is preferred; candidates with experience in social media customer development (such as LinkedIn, Facebook customer development) will be given priority; fresh graduates with strong learning ability and passion for foreign trade sales are also welcome.
  • Professional Skills: Familiar with the basic process of foreign trade; have good social media operation and customer development capabilities, able to formulate and implement targeted customer development plans on international platforms; possess excellent communication, negotiation, and expression skills, and strong customer needs insight and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comprehensive Qualities: Have a strong sense of responsibility, a proactive work attitude, and good team spirit; able to bear certain work pressure and have the motivation to pursue sales performance; have good learning ability and adaptability, and be willing to grow with the company. 
  • Other Requirements: Legally held identity documents, eligible for legal employment in China; able to abide by the company's rules and regulations, and accept the working hours of 10:00-18:00; those with relevant automotive industry resources or customer resources are preferred.
