Job Description

The best person for this role enjoys living at the intersection of marketing, product and sales, and has proven chops in crafting value-based messaging, developing customer-centric content, and building multi-channel go-to-market strategies.

In this role, You will…

  • Be the expert on our customers, who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria. Map out and optimize the customer journey as it relates to platform feature adoption and usage
  • Be the expert on our platform and market conditions. Collect and analyze data that support our solutions in the market to customers
  • Plan and communicate the launch of new releases and lead the cross-functional go-to-market process from strategy to execution
  • Create effective messaging about product positioning, value propositions, key benefits, and product features
  • Translate platform capabilities and technical information into crisp and impactful product collateral, use cases, customer success stories, whitepapers, presentations, Web copy, blog posts, videos, training materials, talking points, etc.
  • Develop marketing campaigns that will drive successful onboarding, adoption, and usage of our platform
  • Establish thought leadership around Chinese social media management
  • Be the voice of our customers and the market inside KAWO

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, or a closely related field such as demand generation, content marketing, or sales enablement in B2B and preferably SaaS companies
  • Strong writing and editing skills, an eye for visual design
  • Self-starter with a take-ownership mentality
  • A team player who collaborates well with others
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong project management and time management skills. Ability to complete tasks with high quality and on-deadline
  • Proficiency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree
