Description
The Content Planning & Operations Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across the company’s Chinese and English websites and social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu and WeChat Official Accounts. The role involves executing content promotion plans, supporting brand-related projects, and coordinating both online and offline initiatives.
Key responsibilities include the planning and execution of exhibitions and events, assisting the team with brand and communication-related projects, and welcoming and hosting visiting guests. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams and a hands-on approach to daily content and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Apple iWork, with strong writing skills and a good sense of aesthetics
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury, branding, art, communications, or related industries
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Chinese and English

- Prior experience operating social media accounts or content platforms
- Overseas study experience
