Small but fairy well priced cocktail bar at the corner of Fuxing and Danshui. Room for about 15 people to sit down at the bar and one large table. Drink menu is large, with maybe 30 cocktails, but they're not bad, and most are 45rmb. Gets a bit smokey. This used to be Stormy Cafe, that lovely little spot with the friendly Japanese owner and the dog. Tis no more.
