    Yet another project from the prolific Mr. Craig Willis, BANG is kind of a hybrid concept. Like his other concept Henkes, it incorporates a small cafe setting next to a larger bistro concept, but the decor isn't quite as polished. The menu is closer to what you'd find at his namesake restaurant Mr. Willis. Think rustic Mediterranean cuisine like his signature roast chicken; handmade pastas with sauces like chicken liver ragout; and simple antipasti like marinated raw seafood with olive oil and dill. Willis's pizzas are also a main feature of the menu.
