Shanghai's third Downtown venue for this nationwide chain strays not one iota from the formula. Large, windowless interior selling some of the cheapest alcohol in town to a student-y crowd of mixed locals and foreigners. The food is dodgy but cheap. The beer is cheap and good. The spirits are cheap and... possibly a bit dodgy, but at these prices you can't really be picky. Good for crowds. Good for those in the prime of their youth.
