Yet another restaurant from the folks behind Piro, Captain Rooster does fried chicken. To go with it, are lots of American accoutrements like mashed potatoes and gravy, mac & cheese... you get the picture. They've got a solid selection of beers and a full selection of spirits with some nice looking bourbons on hand too. Anyone familiar with Piro will feel totally comfortable here. It feels almost exactly the same: very bar and grill-ish with lots of bric-a-brac of varying degrees of humor on the walls.
