This is one of the only places in Shanghai where you can get your ink on and then get your drink on. It's a partnership between tattooist Wang Haitao and barman Max Tang. Upstairs it's a fully functioning tattoo studio that charges around 1500rmb per hour. The downstairs portion is a fully functioning bar. With about four tables, it's cozy with a dusting of gothic chic. The specialty drink here is absinthe, Max boasts en ever growing collection of bottles from Czech Republic and France. He serves it the traditional way as well as in signature absinthe-based cocktails.
