The second cocktail lounge from the team behind el Willy, el Ocho occupies the third floor of a heritage building on Taixing Lu. It's a gorgeous, spacious property with vaulted ceilings and exposed brick and timber. The bartenders make an eclectic and inspired mix of craft drinks, employing a number of unconventional techniques. They also stock some intriguing spirits you won't see anywhere else in town.
