Green & Safe is a chain of specialty grocers and restaurants by the same folks who own organic hotpot chain Qimin. The retail side of the operation sells produce and meats grown and raised at the company's organic farm in nearby Kunshan as well as specialty items like imported tinned sardines, gourmet preserves, baked items and wines. The Xintiandi location features a massive restaurant with seafood, sandwiches, organic salads, and beer. They also have a cocktail bar run in partnership with the folks behind the now defunct Flask. That's called The Bunker, and it's hidden behind an automatic sliding door on the second floor.
