The hotel bar for the erudite and bespoke St. Regis Hotel, as the name might suggest. The ground floor features big red leather couches, tall ceilings heavy in gold paint and a long bar backed by something like 108 different whiskies. St. Regis Bar likes to add some local flavors to their cocktails. They do a mean Bloody Mary, which is the basis for each hotel's signature drink: the Shanghai branch boasts the Mary Jing, which is an excellent blend of sweet, sour and herbal tastes. The upstairs is all sink-in leather armchairs and wall frescoes, boasting 32 kinds of champagne.
