Named after the mom-and-pop food shops peppered throughout Italy, Alimentari is Popolo Group's eternally popular spot for brunching, especially outside on the sidewalk. This is the original flagship shop, and it opened long before Anfu Lu became a crazy wanghong street for taking photos. This being the OG location, they have all the Alimentari classics: Italian dried goods, European wines, salami, formaggeria, antipasti, pastas, pizzas, desserts like gelato and various cakes, wine and cocktails, and such. In addition to the sidewalk, there's also space outside on the first and second floors to nibble and drink. It's also a great party store for gatherings, and very reasonably priced.
